Anton Vrede

Anton Vrede (1953) was born in Willemstad, Curaçao. He studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rotterdam. He works in an expressionist figurative, sometimes abstract style. Animal figures are a major role in his paintings, the figures he paints all have their own meaning.
